Participants will have to make a 60 seconds film on the subject “Imagine a life of poverty – can you picture a way out?”. By taking part in this competition, participants will have the chance to have their short film published on YouTube for the world to see, be part of a collection of films on a specially produced DVD, win a prize and a trip to Brussels in October to see their film on the big screen.
